How
to reserve:

Please
call us by phone or use the contact page
to check availability of the desired apartment.

Once
we have verified the availability of the apartment we ask for a desposit
to reserve the apartment. We will send a detailed email with instructions
on how to make the deposit. The deposit will be 20% of the total rent.
During holidays or for longer stays, a larger deposit may be required,
up to 50% of th rent.

Once
the deposit has been received we will send a confirmation email with
the dates, exact address of the apartment, local contact information
and any other necessary details about the apartment.

As
soon as you know your expected arrival time in Seville, we ask that
contact us so that we can be at the apartment when you arrive.
Once you
have received the confirmation and we have your expected arrival time
there is no need to contact us- we will meet you at the apartment at
your expected arrival time.
If at any
time before your arrival or during your stay you have questions about
the apartment, Seville or any thing else we can help you with, do not
hesitate to contact us.
Conditions:

Minimum stay of 3 days.
- In case
of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Some of
the apartments require a secuirty deposit (up to 200 euros) during your
stay, which will be returned upon departure after verfiying the condition
of apartment.

All
rent must be paid in cash upon arrival.
- A copy
of photo ID or passport of all persons staying in the apartment must
be provided upon arrival.

Check
in time is after 3 p.m. and check out is before 11 a.m.

Animals
are not allowed in the apartments.
